REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

The Municipal Government of Antipas, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), hereby invites interested suppliers to submit price quotation for Provision of Fertilizer Assistance for Rice Farmers with the following items with ABC of P 100,000.00.

Request for Quotation form can be obtained from GSO, Municipal Hall, Antipas, Cotabato on March 11-14, 2025 and the deadline for submission of sealed quotation is on March 14, 2025 at 9:00 A.M.
Opening of sealed quotation is on March 14, 2025 A.M. at MPDO, Antipas, Cotabato.
