The Bicol University-OSAS, through the Corporate Budget for the Contract approved by the Board of Regents intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Twenty-three Thousand & 00/100 Pesos (PHP123,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract Provision of Fabrication Services of Pins for the BFS 13th Investiture Virtual Ceremony.
