1. The City Government of Cotabato, through General Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (Php 580,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract. Provision of Essential Medicines for Nutritionally at Risk Children, Pregnant and Lactating Mothers. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
