PROVISION FOR ENGINEERING AND OPERATIONS DEPARTMENTS- FIELD OFFICES (REBID)

1. The Philippine National Railways, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for CY 2023 intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Forty-Nine and 50/100 Pesos (₱2,197,549.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Provision for Engineering and Operations Departments- Field Offices (Rebid). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Philippine National Railways now invites bids for Provision for Engineering and Operations Departments- Field Offices (Rebid). Completion of all works under the contract is required within Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
