  FOR THE PROVISION OF DRUGS AND MEDICINES FOR MHO
  1. The Local Government Unit of Roxas, Palawan, through the 2026, Annual Budget intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Thirty Three Thousand One Hundred Nineteen Pesos & 60/100 (Php 633,119.60) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the PROVISION OF DRUGS AND MEDICINES FOR MHO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2. The Local Government of Roxas, Palawan, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites bids for the PROVISION OF DRUGS AND MEDICINES FOR MHO. Delivery of Goods is required within 45 calendar days. Goods shall be delivered on site. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
  3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184.
