Terms and Conditions:
During the opening of bids, bidders shall submit:
1. Certificate of Public Convenience & Necessity (CPCN) issued by the Civil Aeronautics Board
2. Remotely Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS) Operator Certificate (Commercial)
3. RPAS Registration Certificate (Drone Unit)
4. RPAS Controller Certificate (Drone Pilot) sanctioned by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP)
5. Drone Spraying Operator (DSO) accreditation from the fertilizer and Pesticide Authority

Duration: Dry Season 2025 - 2026 (November 2025 - April 2026)
