  Scope
  i. Supply and delivery of potable drinking water suitable for
  human consumption
  ii. Water shall be delivered in a five-liter gallon containers
  iii. Delivery to the following locations:
  1. MFBM Main Building, Bangsamoro Government Center,
  RH-VII, Cotabato City
  2. MFBM-Bangsamoro Budget Office, Bangsamoro
  Government Center, RH-VII, Cotabato City
  3. MFBM Extension Office, 3rd Floor Carumba Building,
  Jupiter Street, RH-IX, Cotabato City
  4. MFBM-Bangsamoro Finance Office, 2nd and 3rd Floor,
  New Sardonyx Building, Gov.Gutierrez Avenue, RH-VII,
  Cotabato City
  iv. Services shall cover a contract period of twelve (12)
  months
  
  Order Basis
  i. The procurement shall be on the order basis
  and 15 gallons every Wednesday in Main Building
  ii. The Supplier shall deliver the requested quantity by the
  end-user within the agreed delivery timeframe
  iii. Delivery Receipt (DR) shall be issued by the supplier
  during deliveries
