PROVISION FOR DOCUMENT SCANNING SERVICES FOR SOUTHERN & SOUTH-WESTERN MINDANAO VITAL DOCUMENTS

1. The Pag-IBIG Fund Technical and Administrative Support for Southern and South-Western Mindanao, through the Y2025 Corporate Operating Budget, intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php2,100.000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Provision of Document Scanning Services for Southern & South-Western Mindanao Vital Documents (25-03-241). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Pag-IBIG Fund through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) - Southern & South-Western Mindanao (SSWM) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for a period of One (1) Year as specified in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) and Section VII. (Technical Specifications) of the Bidding Documents.
