1. The Provincial Government of Quirino, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of P 22,276,800.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROVISION OF DIALYSIS TREATMENT PACKAGES AND HEMODIALYSIS MACHINE -TIE UP ARRANGEMENT. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Quirino now invites bids for PROVISION OF DIALYSIS TREATMENT PACKAGES AND HEMODIALYSIS MACHINE -TIE UP ARRANGEMENT. Delivery of the Goods is required Five (5) Years . Bidders should have completed, at least within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
