Provision of Decorated Guinakit Float with Labor and Inclusion of Traditional Performers
"Terms of Reference / Specifications:

1. One (1) medium-sized regular banca (capacity of 30
passengers maximum)
2. Five (5) small bancas
3. All bancas shall be decorated/ embelished with Mindanaon
decors and textiles such as pandalas, bunting, and the like
4. The supplier shall provide for kulintang ensemble and
sagayan and unta and other performers
5. The supplier shall provide all the traditional costumes that
will be used by the performers and those that will re-enact
to simulate the arrival of Shariff Kabunsuan
6. The supplier's vessels must be registered to the MTC -
Bangsamoro Maritime Industry Authority (BMARINA), and
must acquire clearance from them
7. The supplier shall provide fire extinguisher and sufficient
life vests to the passengers for safety purposes
