1) The Eversley Childs Sanitarium and General Hospital, through the NSCCV TRUST FUND intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos Only (PhP 5,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Provision of Courier Services for Documents, Blood Specimens, Dried Blood Spots, ENBS Kits, Results, Medical Food/Supplies, and Cold Chain to Newborn Screening Center - Central Visayas (Framework Agreement).
