Description : REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE PROVISION OF CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE INVENTORY AND ASSESSMENT OF NGP GRADUATED SITES

1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources Regional Office No. 2, through the CY 2023 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Million Twenty-Two Thousand Nine hundred Eighty-Five Pesos (P 19,022,985.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Provision of Consulting Services for the Inventory and Assessment of NGP Graduated Sites under Project ID No. DENR R2 SBAC 01-2023. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2. The DENR R2 now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for Provision of Consulting Services for the Inventory and Assessment of NGP Graduated Sites within Region 2 to determine the current stocking density under NGP graduated plantations as well as existing trees, saplings, and at least one-meter regenerants; identify the initial impact on the socio-economic condition of the People-s Organization, their percept...
