Construction Materials and Supplies

1. The Municipality of Baco through 20% Development Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four million three hundred thousand pesos only (Php 4,300,000.00) for the Goods Project being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract of Provision of Construction Materials for Road Development Project for Twenty Seven (27) Barangays of Baco. Bids received in excess of ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Baco now invites PhilGEPS registered supplier/distributors to bid for Provision of Construction Materials for Road Development Project for Twenty Seven (27) Barangays of Baco. Delivery of Goods is required within thirty (30) days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II of ITB.
