Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Provision of Cold Storage Units to Schools Implementing Feeding Programs SY 2025-2026

1. The DepEd SDO 1 Pangasinan through the GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million, Nine Hundred Sixty-Eight Thousand, Forty-Five Pesos and 75/100 (₱1,968,045.75) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Provision of Cold Storage Units to Schools Implementing Feeding Programs SY 2025-2026 under Project ID No. 2025-06-090-GS Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DepEd SDO 1 Pangasinan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days as prescribed in the Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
