Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROVISION OF CLERICAL SERVICES
FOR FY 2026
1) The Department of Budget and Management Regional Office VII, through the
National Expenditure Program (NEP) of FY 2026
4 intends to apply the sum of Seven
Hundred Thousand Pesos (P700,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract
(ABC) to payments under the contract for Provision of Clerical Services for FY 2026
with Project Identification Number DBMRO7-2025-10-003 (2nd Bidding).
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Department of Budget and Management Regional Office VII now invites bids for
the provision of two (2) clerks at the Department of Budget and Management
Regional Office VII Sudlon, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

. Delivery of the Goods is
required for the period January 2, 2026 to December 31, 2026. Bidders should have
completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids,
