Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Open Finance in The Philippines Provision of Central Pilot Services to Support Development of Open Finance Interoperability Arrangements. Over the course of the next 18 months, IFC will support a coordinated agile testing and design approach to the definition and design of open finance standards, procedures, rules and infrastructure. IFC is seeking to engage the services of an independent firm to provide Central Pilot Services (hereafter CPS). The Pilots will be coordinated, and the organization thereof administered, by a Pilot Administrator. This Pilot Administrator will be under the supervision of IFC. The CPS will be used by the Pilot Administrator to support this program of Pilot Testing. The Pilot Administrator will use the CPS to manage communications, onboarding, administration and to coordinate and oversee relevant testing, homologation, and integration tasks. The Pilot Participants will use the CPS to coordinate and conduct elements of the pilot operations. The CPS Provider will help to source Central Pilot Infrastructures (hereafter Infrastructures) needed to operate OFOC processes within the scope of the Pilot. This will involve making arrangements for Infrastructures to be integrated with Pilot Participants or testing purposes. There are four pre-identified Infrastructures that will be required: (i) Registry or directory of API Participants that can be consulted by other Participants via API processes (ii) Credential issuance, management and revocation services, (iii) Transaction validation and verification services, and (iv) Tools for monitoring, reporting and analytics.
