1. The Department of Health Bicol Center for Health Development (DOH Bicol-CHD),
through the General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum Three Million Nine
Hundred Forty-Four Thousand Twenty-Five Pesos Only (Php 3,944,025.00) being
the ABC to payments under the contract for Provision of Catering Services, Venue and
Accommodation for Various Capability Building Activities in the Province of Albay for
the period June - December 2025 IB No. 25-44. Bids received in excess of the ABC
shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DOH Bicol-CHD now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery
of the Goods and Services is required on the expected delivery date (s) stated in Section
