1 LOT 1 PROVISION OF CATERING SERVICES FOR PCSA
CULMINATING ACTIVITY
Inclusive of VAT
Details of Catering Services are as follows:

PM Snacks: juice or coffee paired with warm light snacks either a sandwich, pastry, pasta or native delicacy

Dinner: at least 3 main courses with soup (a combination of seafood, vegetables and meat) and desserts or any fruit in season and drinks

Others:
- Provision of free flowing coffee and drinking water
- Assisted Buffet
- Waiters should be in uniform and presentable and on
station for the entire activity
- Complete catering equipment e.g. buffet table, table
cloth, buffet table skirting, chinaware, cutlery,
glassware, chaffing dish with fire gel
- Strictly no use of non-biodegradable materials
- Contractor shall ensure that all necessary health and
hygiene certificates/licenses and other applicable law
