TRAININGS AND CONFERENCES
1) The COMMISSION ON AUDIT RO VII, through the FY 2026 GAA and Others intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION SIXTY THOUSAND PESOS (₱5,060,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Provision of Catering Services for CY 2026 Trainings and Conferences, thus:

A. Catering Services during conferences of COA Personnel
Funding source: GoP meals 1,464 ₱500.00 ₱732,000.00
B. Catering Services during trainings/seminars of COA Personnel
Funding source: Training Funds meals 2,393 ₱500.00 ₱1,196,500.00
C. Catering Services during trainings/seminars of Agency Personnel
Funding source: Training Funds meals 6,263 ₱500.00 ₱3,131,500.00
TOTAL 10,120 ₱5,060,000.00
Bids received in excess of the ABC per unit shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
