Lot 1- Catering Services—Packed Food (meals and snacks) and Beverage for pick-up

Packed food and/or packed snacks with drinks shall be served as scheduled during the conduct of DAR-PBDD trainings:
• Food is carefully packed in clean disposable paper boxes.
• Cooler boxes with ice blocks for the bottled drinks (water and juice) shall be provided.
• Table napkins, toothpicks and packed condiments shall be provided.
• Disposals. Disposable trash bags shall be provided for the collection and segregation of used bottles, used plastic utensils, paper boxes, paper cups, tissues/napkins, food leftovers and other waste materials.
• Supplier Representative. The Supplier shall assign a pointperson/representative to coordinate with the DAR-PBDD activity coordinator regarding the final schedule of conduct of the training programs/activities to facilitate and firm up the necessary arrangements.
