1. The Department of Agrarian Reform Regional Office V through the General Appropriations Act for Calendar Year 2026 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION SIX HUNDRED NINETY-TWO THOUSAND PESOS (Php 1,692,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract Provision of Catering Services (Procurement Project ID No. DARROV-2514). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agrarian Reform Regional Office No. V (DARRO V) now invites bids for

Provision of IN-HOUSE CATERING SERVICES (breakfast, AM Snacks, lunch, PM Snacks, dinner and venue) for DAR Regional Office V, Regional Government Center, Rawis, Legazpi City from JANUARY 5, 2026, to JUNE 30, 2026

Delivery of the Goods is required upon request of the Procuring Entity and within the period January 5 to June 30, 2026.
