Description : I. PROJECT SUMMARY

This provides the Terms of Reference for the Provision of Catering and Food Services for the upcoming Gawad Bayanihan sa Pamumuhunan “Making it Happen with a Whole-Of-Nation Strategy” on February 21, 2025, or any date that aligns with the President-s availability at Malacañang Palace, and requires the services of qualified supplier which is accredited by the Malacañang Palace to provide excellent service.

II. RATIONALE
