  Description : The Department of Trade and Industry- Misamis Oriental Provincial Office invites PhilGEPS registered suppliers to submit duly accomplished Request for Proposals Re: Provision of Capacity Building Services on Farmers' Organization Development and Agri-Techno-Skills Training (Cacao, Coconut, and Coffee) with the following inclusion:
  
  The service provider shall:
  1)Design and deliver a total of at least twenty-seven (27) one-day training sessions, to be conducted in various barangays/municipalities in Misamis Oriental.
  
  2)Customize and facilitate training sessions focused on:
  -Farmers- Organization Development: Leadership, governance, policy-making, member engagement, planning, and compliance.
  -Agri Techno-Skills: Best practices on cacao, coconut, and coffee production, regenerative agriculture, post-harvest handling, and enterprise readiness.
