Description : Scope of Work:
1. Design and deliver a total of at least fifty (50) one-day training sessions, to be conducted in various barangays/ municipalities in Misamis Oriental.

2. Customize and facilitate training sessions focused on:
a. Farmers' Organization Development: Leadership, governance, policy-making, member engagement, planning, and compliance
b. Agri Techno-Skills: Best practices on cacao, coconut, and coffee production, regenerative agriculture, post-harvest handling, and enterprise readiness.

3. Provide competent resource persons with a background in community-based training, organizational development, technical agriculture, and a manual of operations for cacao, coffee, and copra processing.

4. Coordinate closely with the DTI-RAPID Provincial Office for scheduling, logistical arrangements, and participant mobilization.
