certificate of PAB accreditation (ISO/IEC
17025) and the scope of accreditation
covers item to be calibrated and/or item can
be calibrated with metrological traceability
if no bidder can comply with scope of
accreditation
* Service provider's Calibration and
Measurement Capability (CMC) must comply
with the required tolerances
