Description : Quotations received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
1. The NTA - Candon Branch Office now invites quotations for the "Provision of Biostimulant".
2. Quotation/s must include all kinds of taxes for the item/s or if any, including delivery charges.
3. Price quotation/s submitted shall be valid for THIRTY (30) days reckoned from the deadline for submission of quotations as reflected in the PhilGEPS.
4. Quotations must be delivered to the address below on or before March 7, 2025, at 5 PM.
5. Delivery of Goods is required for a period of SEVEN (7) working days, upon receipt of the Purchase Order.
6. Term of Payment within-thirty (30) days from delivery of item/s.
7. Mandatory Requirements:
a. Certified True Copies of Valid Mayor's Permit;
b. BIR Certificate of Registration; and
c. PhilGEPS Registration
8. The NTA reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected interested parties
