INVITATION TO BID FOR THE Provision of Basic Needs to Affected Population (Food, Water, Clothing, Hygiene Kits, Temporary Shelter Sleeping Kits, Kitchen Kits)

1. The Local Government Unit of Tomas Oppus, through the General Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Ninety-nine Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php 299,550.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Provision of Basic Needs to Affected Population (Food, Water, Clothing, Hygiene Kits, Temporary Shelter Sleeping Kits, Kitchen Kits). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Tomas Oppus now invites bids for the Provision of Basic Needs to Affected Population (Food, Water, Clothing, Hygiene Kits, Temporary Shelter Sleeping Kits, Kitchen Kits).
