  The Municipal Government of Binmaley, Pangasinan through the General Fund FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Four Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty Pesos (Php 404,820.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROVISION OF ANTI-RABIES VACCINES, DEWORMERS AND VETERINARY MEDICINES FOR ANIMAL HEALTH DISEASE PREVENTION AND CONTROL. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
