The Municipality of Malvar through the Appropriation Ordinance No. 002-08 Series of 2025 dated August 18, 2025 as General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 2 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Pesos (P 998,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Provision of Anti-Rabies Vaccines for Animal Bite Treatment & Management
Services to Malvareños with Solicitation Number G-102025-010294. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
