Please quote your lowest government price on the item/s specified below and submit your proposal/quotation duly signed & sealed not later than 9:00 A.M. of June 10, 2025 addressed to the BAC Secretariat - Central Bicol State University of Agriculture -Sipocot, Sipocot, Camarines Sur. The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) in the amount of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php. 100,000.00) chargeable against Fund 164.

TERMS and Conditions:

1. Prices and specifications for the quotation should be valid for 45 days.
2. Bid should not exceed the Approved Budget for the Contract.
3. DELIVERY PERIOD: 30 calendar days upon receipt of the Purchase/Job Order.
