"Terms of Reference:
1. The supplier for Ambulance tire shall provide tires as specified in the contract on a withdrawal basis upon the request of the end-user on a scheduled timeline (June, September and December 2025) and shall ensure that the tires are readily available at the time needed.
2. The payment for the provision of tires shall be made upon the issuance of Billing Statement for the tires withdrawn.
3. The supplier for ambulance tires shall install the tires upon withdrawal.
4. The contract for the provision of tires is valid until December 31, 2025
5. Warranty terms for the services and factory defect shall be 30 calendar days."
