Terms and Condition:
1. Shall provide the following machines:
- At least 9 units of Air Scenting Machine that can cover 120-150 cu. mater area
- At least 9 units of Air Scenting Machine that can cover 2000-3000 cu. mater area
2. Provide regular preventive maintenance for the machines. Repair and Replace the machine if necessary
3. Provide weekly inspection and refill of scenting products to all devices
4. Winning bidder shall provide 1 spare for each size that will serve as back-up for defective devices
5. End-user can opt to change the scent if needed
6. End-user may opt to transfer the machines to other area within hospital premises if necessary
