Terms and Conditions:
1. Winning Supplier shall provide at least 7 units of air scenting machine that can cover 120 - 150 cu. meter and at least 9 units of air scenting machine that can cover up to 2000 - 3000 cu. meter
2. Provide regular preventive maintenance of the scenting machine. Repair and replace the machine, if necessary.
3. Provide 1 spare of each device size. Spare will serve as back-up in case that any of the devices will be found defective
4. Weekly inspection and refill of scenting products for all machines
5. End-user may opt to transfer the air scenting machine to other area within the hospital if needed
6. Supplier shall submit License to Operate issued by FDA
7. Contract Period: 6 months
