  1. The City Government of Pasay, through the GENERAL FUND CY2026 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Eight Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (Php 8,880,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Provision of Activity Books or Modules for Day Care Children for SY2026-2027. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The City Government of Pasay now invites bids for the Provision of Activity Books or Modules for Day Care Children for SY2026-2027. Expected completion of delivery for the said project is within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
