The NATIONAL TOBACCO ADMINISTRATION (NTA), through its Corporate Operating Budget for CY 2026, intends to apply the total sum of ₱316,000.00, being the Agency Estimate, to payments under the contract for the “Provision of Accommodation, Meals & Beverages, and Use of Venue for the Conduct of the “Annual Operational Planning for CY 2026 and Program/Project Planning Preparations for CY 2027” on February 24-26, 2026”. Quotations received in excess of the Agency Estimate shall be automatically rejected.
