Description : Invitation to Bid for Provision of 400V Nominal and Lift Station Connecting to STP for ADB Isolation Facility (EPA)
1. The Mariveles Mental Wellness and General Hospital is conducting the Provision of 400V Nominal and Lift Station Connecting to STP for ADB Isolation Facility (EPA) / 2025-22. through the early procurement activity (EPA) for Fiscal Year 2025, consistent to Section 7.6 of RA 9184, where the procuring entity is allowed to undertake the procurement activities short of award.
The Mariveles Mental Wellness and General Hospital, through the National Expenditure Program of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Million Six Hundred Forty-Two Thousand Four Hundred Forty-Nine Pesos and 13/100 Only (P14,642,449.13) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Provision of 400V Nominal and Lift Station Connecting to STP for ADB Isolation Facility / 2025-22. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
