PROVISION OF 25 SECURITY PERSONNEL FOR 12 MONTHS DEPLOYMENT @ DEBESMSCAT MAIN AND CAWAYAN CAMPUSES/ ITB 2025-03

1. The DEBESMSCAT, through the GAA 2025 and SB 2025 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Four Hundred Nineteen Thousand Two Hundred Fifty-Five Pesos and Seventy-One Centavos (PhP6,419,255.71) being the ABC to payments under the contract Provision of 25 Security Personnel for 12 Months Deployment @ DEBESMSCAT Main and Cawayan Campuses/ ITB 2025-03 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DEBESMSCAT now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 calendar days upon receipt of NTP. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
