  1) The Department of Education (DepEd) DIVISION OF LEYTE, through the (Special
  Education Fund (SEF) - Provincial Government) intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION TWO HUNDRED ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY PESOS ONLY (Php 3,201,430.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROVISION OF 2026 EASTERN VISAYAS REGIONAL ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION (EVRAA) MEET UNIFORM. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
