PROVISION OF 10,000 GALLONSOVERHEAD WATER TANK

1. The CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY OF THE PHILIPPINES-AREA CENTER II,
through the Annual Procurement Plan, APP 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two
Million Seven Hundred Seventy-Seven Thousand Eighty-Four Pesos and 99/100
(Php 2,777,084.99) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments
under the contract for PROVISION OF 10,000 GALLONS OVERHEAD WATER
TANK, ACII-BAC-PB-010-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY OF THE PHILIPPINES-AREA CENTER II now
invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required
Ninety (90) calendar days). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the
Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents,
particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules
