Description : • Please quote your lowest price inclusive of VAT on the item/s listed below, subject to the Terms and Conditions of this RFQ, and submit your quotation duly signed by your representative not later than SEPTEMBER 29, 2025 at Bids and Awards Committee for Goods, LGU-CATAINGAN, CATAINGAN, MASBATE. • Upon receipt of at least three (3) quotations on or before the submission deadline, the BAC shall open the quotations.

• Supplier shall submit the following requirements:
