  1. The Municipal Government of Bayambang, through the TRUST FUND intends to apply
  the sum of THREE MILLION FIFTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (PhP 3,055,000.00)
  being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for
  PROPOSED UPGRADING OF ELECTRICAL SYSTEM OF WAWA EVACUATION
  CENTER INCLUDING FEEDERLINES & MAIN DISTRIBUTION PANEL / NJQ-INFRA
  12-2024-086. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid
  opening.
  
  2. The Municipal Government of Bayambang now invites bids for the above Procurement
  Project. Completion of the Works required is WITHIN FIFTY-SEVEN (57) CALENDAR DAYS.
