  1. The City Government of Pasay, through the Supplemental Budget No. 12, CY2025 as per Ordinance No. 11-12, S2025 (Continuing Appropriation) intends to apply the sum of Eighteen Million Seventy Four Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty Five Pesos & 99/100 (Php 18,074,935.99) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Proposed Solar Street Lighting along ELECTRICAL ROAD (from Andrews Avenue to Dead End), Barangay 191, Zone 20, Pasay City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
