1. The City Government of Tacloban, through the Trust Fund NHA-Yolanda Permanent Housing Program intends to apply the sum of Php 68,580,516.47 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROPOSED SEWERAGE AND DRAINAGE / FLOOD CONTROL PROJECT AT GMA VILLAGE, BRGY. 106 STO. NIÑO, TACLOBAN CITY/POW #023-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Tacloban now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Three Hundred Sixty (360) Calendar Day/s.
