1. The City Government of Pasay, through the GENERAL FUND CY2026 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Nine Million Eight Hundred Twenty Four Thousand Pesos (Php 109,824,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Proposed SECURITY SERVICES for CY2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
