Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
PROPOSED ROAD CONCRETING AT ALO, OSLOB, CEBU

1. The Local Government Unit of PROPOSED ROAD CONCRETING AT ALO, OSLOB, CEBU through the General Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PhP 700,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROPOSED ROAD CONCRETING AT ALO, OSLOB, CEBU
with Advertisement Number ITB NO.ALO-02-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government of PROPOSED ROAD CONCRETING AT ALO, OSLOB, CEBU now invites bids for the above-mentioned Procurement/Project, Completion of the Works is required within fifteen days (30) calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.”
