  1. The University of the Philippines Manila (UPM), through the UPM Funds, intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Nineteen Thousand Two Hundred Seventy Three Pesos and Fifty Two Centavos (Php819,273.52) being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract for the Proposed Replacement and Upgrading of Utilities for the Restorative Clinic, College of Dentistry, University of the Philippines Manila Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  
  2. The University of the Philippines Manila now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of works required is within Forty Five (45) Calendar Days reckoned from the date of acceptance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
