INVITATION TO BID

PROPOSED REPAIR OF RIPRAP (L=20M) AT BRGY. 1ST DISTRICT, JALAJALA, RIZAL

1) The Municipal Government of Jalajala, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Seventy-Three Thousand, Seven Hundred Ninety Pesos and Sixty-Three Centavos (Php 573,790.63) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Jalajala now invites bids for the Prop. Repair of Riprap at Barangay 1ST District, Jalajala, Rizal. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, Section 47, Article VI of R.A. No. 12009. (ITB).br...
