  1 The City Government of Pasay, through the GENERAL FUND CY2025 (City Development Fund CY2025) intends to apply the sum of Six Million Four Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand One Hundred Sixty Nine Pesos & 52/100 (Php 6,498,169.52) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Proposed Repair of Damaged Paved Roads along Tolentino Street (from Aurora Street to Esguerra Street) Pasay City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2 The City Government of Pasay, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is within One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
