1 The City Government of Pasay, through the GENERAL FUND CY2025 (City Development Fund CY2025) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety Three Thousand One Hundred Eighty Pesos & 27/100 (Php 4,993,180.27) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Proposed Repair of Damaged Paved Roads along Protacio Street (from Zamora Street to Taft Avenue) Pasay City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2 The City Government of Pasay, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is within One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
