Invitation to Bid

for the

Proposed Repair and Replacement of Mechanical and Electrical Spare Parts for Chillers 2, 3 and 6 of the Airconditioning System at Cuneta Astrodome

1. The City Government of Pasay, through the GENERAL FUND CY2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Twenty Six Thousand One Hundred Sixteen Pesos (Php 1,726,116.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Proposed Repair and Replacement of Mechanical and Electrical Spare Parts for Chillers 2, 3 and 6 of the Airconditioning System at Cuneta Astrodome. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Pasay, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Expected completion of delivery for the said project is indicated on the Terms of Reference.
